At Grizzly, we partner with Adventurous Brands to build a more purposeful, people-first world. As we grow, we are looking for a fiercely organized Studio Assistant to support our Partners and facilitate the efficient operations of our office.
As the Studio Assistant, you will play an integral role in Grizzly’s success. Acting as the right side of our team’s (left) brain, you will keep our office running smoothly by tackling everything from scheduling complex business travel for our Leadership Team, managing special projects, and ensuring our office has an endless supply of coffee and La Croix. In this role, you will act as the the gatekeeper to the Partner’s time and the welcoming face of our company -- greeting guests when they arrive, fielding phone calls, and responding to emails.
You must be service-oriented, detail-driven, and an excellent communicator since you will be representing Grizzly to the outside world. As you work to maximize the Partner’s time, you will help carve out the time and space for our team to create impactful, world class, brand-forward work for our clients.

Experience as an Studio Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Assistant preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of office management systems, equipment and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, video teleconference tools (such as Uber Conference).
Proficiency with project management software, such as Asana, preferred.
Expert at Google apps, particularly, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Have a proactive work style. Know when to take the initiative, think big or small as needed, work autonomously or collaboratively, and provide value throughout the day.
Able to work well on a team with a wide range of creative people and personalities.
Additionally, you must be located in (or willing to relocate to) San Diego.
