Why You're Right for the Job

You’re super organized.

You remain hyper-attentive to detail in a fast paced environment, and you’re known to be diligent about follow through on even the smallest of tasks. You’re a wizard at time and project management, and you can stay on top of your project sheets like a champ.

You’re a people-person.

You love working alongside good humans who are passionate about what they do. You’re highly personable and emotionally intelligent, with a natural propensity for building relationships with many different types of people. You’re a natural at delivering messages strategically and with tact.

You’re driven to go the extra mile.

You pursue excellence in all that you do, and you’re committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure your team provides exceptional creative work every time. You have demonstrated success managing complex projects in fast-paced environments, so you understand that agency life can require a whole lot of hustle - but that’s fine because a heavy workload doesn’t intimidate you.

You’re a team player.

You know how to get-er-done, but you also thrive working in a highly collaborative team environment. You’re passionate about supporting others, so you’re willing to jump in and do whatever it takes for the team to get the job done. The “that’s not my job” mentality doesn’t resonate with you, because you see yourself as an integrated part of the whole and always keep an eye on the big picture goals.

You can nerd out on numbers.

You enjoy working with numbers, even though you’re not one of those crazy-advanced math people. Big numerical spreadsheets with tons of rows and columns don’t intimidate you. In fact, you can nerd out on teaching yourself new skills in Excel and color-coding spreadsheets to make them easy to understand – and nice to look at.
